Dr Justinas USONIS
Dr. Justinas Usonis is a Partner at Eversheds Saladžius specialising in employment and social security law. He has more than 20 years of professional experience advising major local and international clients on a wide range of employment matters including corporate restructuring, employment termination guarantees, and posting of employees, among others. With extensive experience in creating litigation strategies, Justinas excels in handling employment disputes and fostering positive relationships between employers and employee representatives such as works councils and trade unions. He also holds training sessions for companies on all aspects of employment law. Justinas was a member of the working group for drafting the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
